Aiteraaz 1 : Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai Ne Tafseer E Qurtubi Ke Hawale Se Yeh Aiteraaz Kiya Hai Ke Yeh “وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآَنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَAyat E Karima Me Na Imam Ka Zikr Hai Aur Na Muqtadi Ka , Isi Tarah Is Me Surah Fatiha Ka Bhi Zikr Nahi Hai Balke Yeh Ayat Mushrikeen Ke Daur Me Nazil Huvi Hai.

(Fatiha Khalful Imam: Safa 9)

Aur Isi Tarah Fatiha Khalful Imam: Safa 107 Par Bhi Mashoor Kitaab Hadees Aur Ahle Hadees Ke Jawaab Dete Huve Bhi Aiteraaz Kiya Hai.

Aur Isi Tarah Is Daleel Par Hafiz Jalaluddin Aur Md Ameer Ali Sahaab Ne Bhi Yeh Ishkaal Kiya Hai Ke Yeh Ayat Makki Hai Kuffar Ke Shoor Wa Ghul Par Waqt Qirat E Quran Ke Bare Me Nazil Huvi Namaz Se Uska Koi Taalluq Nahi Hai.(Ahsaanul Jidaal:116, Qirat Fatiha Khalful Imam:17).

Al Jawaab : Mohtaram Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai , Hafiz Jalaluddin Aur Ameer Ali Sahaab Kisi Ayat Ke Shaan E Nuzool Me Aqli Ghoda Daudaana Aur Adb E Taqleed Ka Dhindoora Peetna Qareen Insaaf Nahi Sarasar Jihaalat Wa Nadaani Hai Balke Iske Liye Toh Mufassireen Sahaba Ikraam Rdh. Jo Quran Ke Awaalin Muqaatib Hai Aur Degar Mufassireen Ikraam Rh. Ke Aqwal Ka Sahara Lena Padhta Hai.

Aaye Ek Nazar Daalte Hai Hazrat Sahaba Rdh. , Tabien Rh, Aur Mutamad Mufassireen E Izaam Ki Tafseer Par Ke In Hazraat Se Is Ayat Ke Shaan E Nuzool Ke Bare Me Kya Manqool Hai.

Hazrat Ibn Abbas Rdh. Se Riwayat Hai Ke Yeh Ayat

"وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآَنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ " Farz Namaz Ke Bare Me Naazil Huvi.(Kitaabul Qiraat:73).

Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood Rdh.

Alama Ibn Juzi Rh. Ne Is Ayat Ke Tahet Hazrat Ibn Masood Rdh. Ka Yeh Waqia Naql Kiya Hai.

"Hazrat Abdullah Bin Masood Rdh Ne Namaaz Padhayi Toh Kuch Logo Ko Imam Ke Saat Qirat Karte Suna , Jab Namaz Se Farigh Huve Toh Farmaya Kya Abhi Waqt Nahi Aaya Ke Tum Log Fahem Wa Aqal Se Kaam Lo , Jab Quran Ki Qirat Ki Jaye Toh Tum Uski Taraf Dhiyaan Do Aur Chup Raho Jaise Ke Allah Tala Ne Hukum Diya ".

Hazraat E Tabien Me Se Hazrat Mujahid Rh. , Ibn Museeb Rh. , Hasan Basri Rh. , Abu Aaliya Rh , Imam Zehri Rh. , Muhammed Bin Kaab Rh. In Tamaam Hazraat Ka Muttafiqa Faisla Hai Ke Yeh Ayat Namaz Ke Bare Me Nazil Huvi Hai.(Kitaab Ul Qirat:72,73).

Imam Abu Bakar Qisaas Raazi Ka Bayaan:

"Tamaam Akaabir Ke Inttefaaq Se Yeh Amr Haasil Huva Ke Is Ayat Se Muraad Tark E Qirat Khalful Imaam Hai Aur Uski Qirat Ki Taraf Tawajje Karna Aur Khamosh Rehna Hai".(Ahkaam Ul Quran:61/3).

Salaf Ki Ek Jamaat Ne Saraahat Ki Hai Ke Yeh Ayaat “

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآَنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ Namaz Me Imam Ki Qirat Se Muttaalliq Hai.(Fathul Qadeer Al Shaukaani : 411/2 ).

Shaik Ul Islaam Alama Ibn Taimiya Rh. Farmaate Hai: Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal Rh, Ne Iss Par Ijma Naqal Kiya Hai Ke Yeh Ayat Namaz Ke Bare Me Naazil Huvi Hai , Neez Is Par Bhi Ittefaaq Naqal Kiya Hai Ke Jab Imam Jehri Qirat Karta Ho Toh Muqtadi Par Qirat Waajib Nahi.(Fatawa Shaik Ul Islaam).

Alama Zeeli Rh. Likhte Hai: Imam Ahmed Rh. Farmate Hai Ke Logo Ka Ijma Hai Ke Yeh Ayaat Namaz Ke Bare Me Nazil Huvi Hai.(Nisb Ar Riyaa:14/2).

Hafiz Ibn Abdul Bar Apni Be-Misaal Kitaab Al Tamheed Me Arqaam Farmaate Hai: Tamaam Ulama Ka Is Par Ittefaaq Wa Ijma Hai Ke Allah Tala Ka Farmaan"  

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآَنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ "Ki Muraad Yaani Shaan E Nuzool Namaz Ke Bare Me Hai.(Al Tamheed:17/22).

Alama Ibn Taimiya Rh. Farmaate Hai:

Jamhoor Ka Maslak Aur Aur Qaul Hi Sahih Hai , Kyunke Allah Tala Ka Hukum Hai Ke Jab Quran Padha Jaye Toh Tum Uski Taraf Tawajjo Karo Aur Khamosh Raho Ke Tum Par Rahem Ho.Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal Rh. Farmaate Hai Ke Sab Logo Ka Ispar Ittefaaq Wa Ijma Hai Ke Is Ayat Ka Shaan E Nuzool Namaz Hai.(Fatawa Ibn Taimiya:25/22).

Qaareen E Ikraam ! Aimma E Tafseer Aur Fuqaha E Muhaqqiqeen Ki Yeh Chand Ibaarate Aur Aqwaal Aapke Pesh E Nazar Hai Jinme Imam Ul Muhaddiseen Imam Ahmed Bin Hambal Rh. , Imam Ul Fuqaha Qisaas Raazi Rh. Aur Haafiz Ibn Abdul Bar Rh. Waajeh Alfaaz Me Batarahe Hai Ke Ulama E Islaaam Ka Is Baat Par Ittefaaq Wa Ijma Hai Ke Ayaat E Mazkuraa Ka Shaan E Nuzool Namaz Hai.

Shaik Ul Islaam Alama Ibn Taimiya Rh. , Alama Zeeli Rh, Aur Hambali Maktab E Fikr Ke Tarjumaan E Alaa Alama Ibn Qudama Rh. Ne Bhi Is Ijma Ko Naql Karke Uski Taaied Ki Hai.(Al Mughni:631/1).

Kyunke Aksar Fuqaha wa Muhaddiseen ka Ijma hai ke Is Ayat ka Shaan e Nuzool Namaz Hai ,

Isliye Hafiz Zubair Ali Zai Sahaab ! Ijma ke Khilaaf Koi Daleel Agar Pesh ki Jaye Toh Use Dekha Bhi Nahi Jaata.

Aur Khuda Jaane Hamare Mohtaram Hafiz Jalaluddin Aur Ameer Ali Sahaab Par Is Ayat Ka Shaan E Nuzool Pushida Kaise Rehgaya , Agar Yeh Apne Aaba Wa Ajdaad Maulana Muhammed Sahaab Junagadi , Ali Ahmed Banaarsi , Abdul Aziz Aur Abdur Rehmaan Mubarak Puri Wagaira Ki Taqleed Ke Bajai Adal Wa Insaaf Ka Daman Thaam Kar Is Ayat Ka Shaan E Nuzool Aur Talluq Par Ghaur Karte Toh Yeh Baat Rooz Roshan Ki Tarah Eiyaah Thi Ke Is Ayat Ka Talluq Qirat Khalful Imam Se Hai Aur Iska Shaan E Nuzool Assalan Namaz Hi Hai.

Aiteraaz 2 : Maulana Ameer Ali Sahaab Apni Kitaab Qirat Fatiha Khalful Imaam Safa 17 Par Likhte Hai: Ulama E Ahnaaf Ne”

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ الْقُرْآَنُ فَاسْتَمِعُوا لَهُ وَأَنْصِتُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ   “ Se Daleel Lene Kin A Kaam Koshish Ki Hai Iske Ke Baad Jawaab La Unwaan Daalkar Likha Hai Key Eh Ayat Makki Hai Yaani Makkeh Shareef Me Nazil Huvi Aur Jamaat Se Namaz Madine Shareef Me Shuru Huvi Makkeh Shareef Me Har Shaks Alaheda Alaheda Namaz Padhta Tha Aur Jamaat Se Namaz Nahi Padhi Jaati Thi Jamaat Aur Muqtadi Ka Sawaal Hi Na Tha.

Yeh Masjid E Ahle Hadees Ka Rawa Ki Qitaabat Nahi Hai Ke Jo Chahe Bila Hawala Taqreer Me Bolde Aur Aap Ke Muttaibeen Aap Ke Har Lagh Baat Par Aamanna Sadaqna Kehkar Shaabaashi De , Aap Ko Maloom Hona Chahiye Ke Munazere Ke Maidaan Me Tehqeeq Aur Hawale Chahiye Aap Ko Hijrat Se Qabl Jamaat Ki Mashroeth Ka Qaul Ma Milsaka Toh Muleza Farmaiye:

Jamaat Ke Saat Ibtedai Nabuwat Se Mashro Thi.(Sharh Muslim: 383/1).

Hafiz Ibn Hajar Asqalaani Rh. Shaareh Bukhari Likhte Hai:

Namaz E Bajamaat Ibtedaai Islaam Se Shuru Thi.(Fathul Baari:60/3).

Muslim Shareef Me Rivayat Hai Ke Hazrat Abuzar Ghaffaari Rdh. Musalmaan Hokar Jab Apni Qaum Ke Paas Gaye Toh Hazrat Asma Bin Riza Rdh. Unko Jamaat Se Namaz Padhaya Karte The.(Muslim Shareef: 296/2).

Muslim Shareef Ki Rivayat Alama Nawawi Rh. Aur Hafiz Ibn Hajar Rh. Ki Tehreer Se Bilkul Wajeh Hai Ke Namaz Ba-Jamaat Ki Mashruwiyat Madine Shareef Jaane Se Pehle Se Na Thi Na Ke Madina Jaane Ke Baad Huvi Jaisa Ke Mohtaram Ameer Ali Sahaab Ka Khiyaal Faasid Hai.
