Aaiteraaz : Ghair Muqallideen Ka Kehna Hai Ke

Is Hadees Ko Muhaddiseen Ne Zaeef Kaha Hai Kyunke Iski Sanad Me Ek Raavi Ibrahim Bin Usmaan Abu Shaiba Rh. Zaeef Hai.

Al Jawaab : Is Raavi Par Kuch Muhaddiseen Ne Kalaam Kiya Hai Jinki Taqleed Karte Huwe Ghair Muqallideen Unki Jarah Ko Khushi Se Pesh Karte Hai. Inshaallah Un Tamaam Muhaddiseen Ki Jarah Ka Jawaab Diya Jaayega.

Lekin Yaha Ek Waazeh Karna Zaroori Samajhta Hu Ke Agar Che Ibrahim Bin Abu Shaiba Majrooh Hai Lekin Yeh Itna Zaeef Bhi Nahi Ke Uski Riwayat Ko Bilkul Mauzoh Hi Qaraar Diya Jaye.Kyunke Aimma E Rijaal Ne Uski Tauseeq Bhi Ki Hai Jo Aage Insha Allah Pesh Kiye Jaayegi .

Ne Kisi Ko Munkir Ul Hadees Ko Kaha Bhi Hai Toh Usko Jarah Mufassir Qaraar Nahi Diyaa Jaasakta.Kyunke Munkir Ul Hadees Imam Ahmed Rh. Ki Istehaa Me Us Par Bola Jaata Hai Jo Ghareeb E Hadees Laaye Aur Ghareeb E Hadees Saheeh Bhi Hosakti Hai. (Tauzihul Kalaam : 500/1 ). Kyunke Alama Zehbi Rh. Ne Mizaan Ul Aitedaal Me Likha Ke Jis Raavi Par Hamesha Munkir Ul Hadees Ki Jarah Ho Zaruri Nahi Hai Ke Wo Zaeef Ho.(Mizaan Ul Aitedaal).

Toh Phir is Jarah ki Kya Haqiqat Baaqi Reh Gayi ??

Is Bayaan Se Waazeh Hogaya Ke Imam Shaiba Rh. Ne Abu Shaiba Rh. Ko Mutlaq Takzeeb Nahi Ki Balke Sirf Ek Waqiaa Bayaan Karne Me Jhutlaaya Hai Aur Is Qisse Me Bhi Abu Shaiba Rh. Ka Koi Qusoor Nahi.Kyunke Inhone Toh Yeh Riwayat Imam Hukum Rh. Se Naql Ki Hai.Ab Agar Yeh Riwayat Ghalat Hai Toh Is Me Qusoor Imam Hukum Rh. Ka Hai Ke Inhone Yeh Riwayat Bayaan Ki Na Ke Abu Shaiba Ne.

Aur Imam Shaiba Rh. Ka Dawa Ke Suffain Me Hazrat Khuazaima Rdh. Ke Siwa Koi Badri Shareek Nahi Huwa Durust Nahi. Yahi Wajah Hai Ke Imam Zehbi Rh. Ne Imam Shaiba Rh. Ki Is Jarah Ka Yu Mazaaq Udaaya Hai.

Lekin Ibrahim Bin Abu Shaiba Rh. Hafiz Ibn Hajar Ne Na “ Tabqa Al Haadiyaa Ashra “ Me Shumaar Kiyaa Aur Na “ Tabqa Al Saaniyaa Ashraa” Me Shumaar Kiyaa Toh Maloom Huwa Ke Ibn Hajar Rh. Ke Nazdeek Na Abu Shaiba Rh. Par Kazb Ki Tohmat Saheeh Hai Aur Na Kazb Ka Itlaaq Durust Hai.

Aur Ghair Muqallid Aalim Maulana Ahmed Rehmaani Sahaab Ke Qaul Ke Mutaabiq Bhi Ibn Hajar Rh. Ke Nazdeek Abu Shaiba Rh. Ke Bare Me Takzeeb Ka Qaul Ghair Saheeh Aur Ghair Munaasib Hai.(Anwaar Us Masaabih : Safa 116 Ba-Hawaala Taqreeb).

Toh Sawaal Ab Yeh Hai Ke Ghair Muqallideen Kis Muh Se Abu Shaiba Rh. Ki Takzeeb Par Kamar Basta Hai ?

Aur Yeh Baat Bhi Qaabil E Tawajjo Hai Imam Shaiba Rh. Ne Ibrahim Bin Abu Shaiba Rh. Se Riwayat Li Hai.(Tehzeeb Al Kamaal 390/1 , Tehzeeb At Tehzeeb 144/1)

Pas Agar Bil Farz Imam Shaiba Rh. Ne Abu Shaiba Rh. Ki Takzeeb Bhi Ki Hai Toh Use Riwayat Lekar Uski Tauseeq Kardi.Lehaza Unki Tauseeq Karna Unke Jarah Karne Par Raajeh Hai.

Aur Yaad Rahe Ke Ibn A’adi Rh. Ne Farmaya : Ibrahim Bin Abu Shaiba Ibrahim Bin Abi Haiya Se Behtar.

Isi Tarah Ghair Muqallid Aalim Hafiz Muhammed Gonalwi Sahaab Ne Bhi Kaha Ke “ Jab Raavi Muqtalif Fiya Ho Toh Uski Hadees Hasan Hoti Hai. (Khair Ul Kalaam : 238)
